Product Availability and Delivery Update
As of July 2020:
- Totts is re-open for business (hooray!).
- Totts follows all safety procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines found here.
- Boxes and product selection have been changed and will continue to be updated to reflect the current needs of traveling families at this time.
- Product purchases are now limited to what’s displayed on the website and reflects current inventory, with some items in limited supply. Unfortunately we are unable to custom source external products at this time.
- Customers can customize the quantity of products in boxes to fit their needs (based on availability of supplies) and the price will adjust accordingly.
- Based on current events, shipping delays may happen, please allow for an extra few days when placing your order and we’ll make sure it gets to where you are.
- Shipping to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands is still available, please allow a few extra days for transport.
- Our cancellation policy continues to be flexible up until delivery but due to new safety measures we are unable to accept product returns at this time.

What ages do you serve?
Totts serves the younger generation who need too much stuff! At this time Totts has designed boxes for 3-24 month old babies and toddlers. If you are in need of supplies for 24+ months at this time just contact us. We'll be happy to build a customized box for you until it's available on our site.
What's included in each box?
Each box is designed and tested to include the essential items most children of that particular age need for the selected amount of days. We understand that each child and travel scenario is special: that’s why, while we have our standard set of essentials, we can work with you to tailor components of the box to fit your child’s needs.
Our service focuses on consumable supplies and sundries needed during travel. A typical box would include items such as: diapers, wipes, detergent, soap, toys, creams, feeding supplies, storage bags, etc. We can customize boxes based on the needs of you and your child, just contact us.
We do not offer child equipment such as car seats, strollers or pack-n-plays. There are companies throughout the US and abroad, such as babyquip.com, that offer rental services to eliminate the need to bring those items with you on trips.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A BOX?
All items outlined in the description of each box plus any extras selected. If for some reason an item is no longer available and cannot be replaced with a similar item we will offer a reimbursement for the cost of the item.

Totts ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Totts offers free 3-day shipping on all orders in the U.S. except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship the same day and arrive within 3 business days (see more details on shipments to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Standard orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day and arrive within 3 business days. Customized orders will ship 2 business days after order has been placed. All shipping methods and timelines do not include weekends or holiday shipping.
We ship to most destination addresses including hotels, homes and rentals as long as the destination accepts packages (at this time we cannot accommodate shipments to P.O boxes, cruise ships or APOs). Before placing your order to be delivered please make sure to contact your host, hotel or rental to inquire about receiving shipments to that location. Some hosts, hotels or rental homes charge the guest extra for packages or do not accept package deliveries and may reject the package. While we will try our best to work with your destination to ensure packages arrive safely, it is important for you to review the guidelines of your accommodations before purchase as Totts is not responsible for additional fees charged and packages that are not accepted and returned to sender.

Totts is now shipping to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island hotels only for a flat rate. All shipments are sent through USPS and will arrive within 3 business days from ship date. For 2-day shipping, please contact us to accommodate a faster delivery time.

Will my shipment arrive in time?
Yes! We are constantly monitoring and keeping track of all boxes shipped to ensure it gets delivered and received at your desired destination. If for some reason the box is not able to make it to your destination in time due to unforeseen circumstances, Totts will refund you the entire cost of the box and reimburse you for a day's worth of supplies
Please make your purchase at least 4 business days before your desired arrival date (or the date you would like to have your package received) for standard packages and 6 business days before your desired arrival for customized packages. This allows us to ensure that your box will arrive in time for the start of your trip!

Can you do overnight shipping?
For the contiguous states we offer $35 2-day rush shipping. For standard orders, please place orders by 2 pm EST to arrive 2 business days later.
For customized orders, we will require 2 business days to process your order and 2-days for rush shipping. Please place your order by 2 pm EST to arrive 4 business days later.

can you ship to my home?
Absolutely! Many families value the convenience of not having to worry about checking the many things off the to-do list. If your home is within the US and you would like the box to be sent directly to you in preparation for your trip we can do that!

What is your return policy?
We're here to make sure you feel prepared for your trip, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are ever unsatisfied with your box you can return the box to us with all the unused items for a full refund of the purchase price.

We'll be happy to work with you to make any changes you need when we can. Please let us know ASAP if you wish to make changes and we will do our best if the order has not been already processed.

do you offer different brands of the same product?
In our boxes we include trusted brands that parents rely on daily and in some cases can offer a selection of brand options. To ensure we're able to fulfill your order we focus on brands that can be kept in stock.
