COVID-19 Product Availability and Delivery Update

As you all know, 2020 has turned into a year of immense change and unexpected disruption. Family travel has drastically changed and a return to our old normal may still be months away. While you learn to navigate this new world, we are also learning and changing, and we want to let you know that we are still here to serve you in new ways.

Totts has updated safety procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines and will continue to offer boxes of select items focused on safety and curated for your trip. Based on availability, we will update the site and product pages frequently to reflect what’s in stock so you can rest assured that the boxes reflect the products your family needs. While for the moment we are unable to offer our full tailored experience which includes sourcing any product not found on our site, we will work as best we can with you to ensure any special requests or change in quantities can be met. As we continue to manage through this new normal that continues to evolve, we hope you stay well, safe and healthy —  and can dedicate time to enjoying the summer ahead.

COVID-19 Product Availability and Delivery Update - July 2020

• Totts has re-opened for business (hooray!).
• Totts follows all safety procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines found here.
• Boxes and product selection have been changed to reflect the current needs of traveling families at this time.
• Product purchases are now limited to what’s displayed on the website and reflects current inventory, with some items in limited supply. Unfortunately we are unable to custom source external products at this time.
• Customers can customize the quantity of products in boxes to fit their needs (based on availability of supplies) and the price will adjust accordingly. 
• Based on current events, shipping delays may happen, please allow for an extra few days when placing your order and we’ll make sure it gets to where you are.
• Shipping to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands is still available, please allow a few extra days for shipping due to COVID-19 related delays.
• Our cancellation policy continues to be flexible up until delivery but due to new safety measures we are unable to accept product returns at this time.
